Statutory warranty
All new devices carry a 3-year statutory warranty from the date of purchase (Spanish Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007), covering manufacturing defects.
What it does NOT cover
- Normal wear and tear (coils, pods, batteries degraded by charge cycles).
- Damage caused by misuse, impact, liquids not intended for the device, or tampering.
- Consumables (e-liquids, flavour concentrates, cotton, replacement glass).
How to make a claim
Email us with your order number and a description (photos or video help a great deal). We diagnose the fault and then repair, replace or refund as appropriate. You can also make a claim at any of our physical shops.
